Disliked: The heating didn’t work Windows didn’t close properly Glass in windows blown Large wet patch on the floor - don’t know what it was but we were worried Awful smell of damp Water trickled out of tap Really disappointing

Liked: The rooms were spotless & warm. Comfortable beds, with clean white linen All staff were friendly and welcoming, you could not fault anything. Brilliant New Year’s Eve. Fully stocked bar, descent prices. Plus live entertainment.

Liked: Great location for the winter gardens, staff friendly and helpful
Disliked: Outlook from window, discarded mattresses on the flat roof outside, the bathroom door loose on hinges and difficult to close, bathroom fan unnecessarily very noisy. Room 6

Liked: Location is perfect. Nice, friendly staff. Breakfast was spot on.
Disliked: Small bathroom, without sink. The sink was in the room. So, after using the toilet, you had to touch doors with dirty hands to go to the room to wash your hands. The room was dated. Paint peeling of walls, holes in cushions, curtains covered with toothpaste (as it as next to sink in bedroom).

Won’t be staying there again.
