Disliked: It was rubbish we had hole in wall flush toilet it sounded like titanic coming in it was filthy my friend had hair on her pillow won't stop here again

Liked: Great location. Friendly staff. Good value for money. Car park opposite.
Disliked: Cold room, there was a fan heater in the room but was cold from old original windows. This said I would stay again.

Mold, broken and dirty.

Liked: Very close to winter gardens venue
Disliked: Mold in bathrooms, ceiling shower and window were very bad. Issues with drains making noises kept us awake all night, tv didn’t work, carpet in bedroom so dirty it made our feet black. Bathroom door got stuck, windows didn’t open and no extractor fan in bathroom, likely the reason for the mold. Not what I expected from a 3 star hotel. Receptionist staff however were lovely and did their best to help.
