Liked: The staff were all superb, more than helpful. Comfortable room. The hotel is in a great location for exploring Arundel and surrounds.Recommend.

Disliked: Coming out of the car park and getting held up because of cars going to the drive through at macdonalds. It’s a poorly designed exit for the hotel.

Disliked: Room was not clean dirty towels , bed linen weird colour on base she should have been white but did not look white . Bathroom door did not close and the toilet flush really loose .

Convenient and competitively priced.

Liked: Staff were friendly & efficient. Good breakfast. Plenty of free parking. Handy for McDonald next door if you are desperate.
Disliked: There was a stale smell reach time you entered the room. Bathrooms were a bit tired .
