Clean and friendly
Liked: The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The beds were a bit soft for my taste but the linens were clean, and the pillows were comfy.

Don’t expect anyone to go...

Disliked: First, I reserved a jacuzzi room & I was really looking forward to it. When I arrived, they said sorry they don’t have any jacuzzi rooms left, even though I had reserved it. Then since I don’t live terribly far away, they held $150 as a deposit because we are considered local. My husband and I wanted some alone time so we had a babysitter. Since we arrived so late after a function we went to near by I called the front desk to request a check out at 12:00 instead of 11 AM. I was told that I would have to pay a $25 fee, in this hotel was maybe 1/4 to 1/3 full. Lastly, I asked the front desk to speak to the manager and they said one wasn’t available. I asked the front desk if they could please have one please call me when they arrive in the morning and he said he would do so. I never received a call from the manager at any time the next morning. Also, the breakfast was terrible and cold. I was incredibly disappointed and quite frankly in awe with a lack of customer service and willingness to accommodate a guest. I’ll definitely be passing the word around not to go to their hotel.
