Disliked: I did not like the fact that I tried to reach out to the hotel and booking.com to let them Know I would not be arriving until Thursday morning October 17th due to travel delays from hurricane causing interstate closure. No one answered my numerous calls and when I brought it up to the hotel they said I still had to pay for Wednesday the 16th of October even though I was not there. I find this Truly upsetting because it was $205 dollars I paid for a room I was not even in. If someone would have answered the phone this issue wouldn't be an issue.

Disappointing

Liked: The pool was heated
Disliked: The same breakfast for the 7 days we were there.. eggs from a microwave and flat sausages.

Great place to stay!

Liked: I found this room on Booking.com. The reviews looked good so we took a chance. I say this because we stayed at a place called the Edgewater Hotel in Seabrook Texas about a month ago that turned out to be a nightmare. Don't stay there if you are planning to go to Texas. Anyway, I can't say enough about this hotel. It was amazing. This place didn't question me about my service dog. Never once did anyone even attempt to charge me a cleaning fee like the Edgewater did. They had eggs and sausage for breakfast, unlike the Edgewater! You could even take it to your room if you wanted to. Oh, and the elevator works! The people are very friendly and makes you feel at home. Thanks for the wonderful one night stay! Sorry if this seems like a review for Edgewater but it's really not. It's more of a comparison. I'll be sure to put this review on Google and add them in the link so they can come to NC to see how a hotel is supposed to be ran.

Liked: The room was comfortable and clean.
Disliked: The breakfast was very poor, only some eggs and soggy sausages, plus some do it yourself waffles. There could have been bagels, jam, fruit and yogurt.Our room was very noisy because of the next door guest. He was coughing all night, and talking on the phone. We could hear this noise through the door that linked the two rooms, even though it was locked from our side. Maybe he had his side open?
