Eternally Broken Elevator. No thank...
Liked: It was a bed for a night.
Disliked: The elevator was broken and I had to try to get my ailing 77 y/o Dad up 3 flights of stairs. I also fell on the ice in the parking lot so getting up those stairs with a bum knee and my old Dad was an adventure I did not bargain for. Also, we tried to get a room there 10 days later as we passed through Amarillo again and the elevator was STILL BROKEN!

Great place to stay
Liked: Fruit was good, other food not hot just cool
Disliked: Location of ice machine. You had to go in the store to get. It was hard to break up the ice.

Disliked: On the second day, my door card didn't open the back door or my room. I had to walk to the front lobby to have a new one made . Was cold outside and inconvenient

Overall stay was pleasant.
Liked: Breakfast was very good. Swimming pool and hot tub were nice. The room was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The elevator didn’t work. We had to carry our luggage up to the third floor. The room card didn’t work and they had to reprogram it three times.
