Disliked: Got up a little before 830 and went down for breakfast just to find it cleaned out. My breakfast consisted of 4 little pieces of bacon and a overcooked hasbrown. I realise I came down near the end of the breakfast time but still.....

Great location, comfortable rooms!

Liked: The agent didn’t go into booking.com to check my reservation, he only checked his pos system. I had to call the third party to get my reservation confirmed. I was arriving for a funeral and the small inconvenience wasn’t what I was anticipating but seemingly felt worse than it should have. My family was waiting in the lobby with me with all of our bags.
Disliked: Lack of confirmation of reservations.

I wouldn’t stay again.

Liked: The staff was friendly.
Disliked: Chairs were worn out and sunk in. Long stays need somewhere to sit.

Disliked: It did not feel clean or maintained Breakfast was subpar (but decent selection for a hotel)

Disliked: Did not provide a ground level room as requested!. Based on the number of cars in the parking lot, there should have been room.Very expensive

Disliked: The room felt quite humidIt was disappointing to drive by strikers and only be told a couple of hrs before our arrival about it.So it would have been harder room find another hotel.
