Liked: Staff was helpful in time of need and lowest point in my life, they offered me food and drink , bed was comfy and amazing hot shower and coffee was amazing
Disliked: Slightly noisy not to much just doors closing alot but that was it

Good but could do better

Liked: Amenable staff - able to get a ground floor room/
Disliked: Room was made up but extra supplies of dishwasher liquid and toilet paper were not provided even though we stayed 5 nights. The carpet was never vacuumed whilst we were staying.

Very good

Liked: The security it's not a very nice area lots of scummy drug users but the comfort of the lock gates and only card to access it's very comforting thankyou for the lovely stay
Disliked: Just the cost it's a little expensive but with saying that it is a full villa plenty of room for everyone
