Disliked: Dirty chairs in the room. Vape odor throughout the hallway. Dirty cover on the bed. Had trouble opening bedroom door. People sleeping in the lobby.

Liked: Property wasn't what I except but we were gone so didn't have to stay all day there. Property is older and we seen roaches day before we left. Want stay there again if I did visit the City.
Disliked: Property was older and they didn't have towel on a daily base. Didn't need room clean but did need towels. They wasn't able to assist with that so we went and purchased some.

Passable

Disliked: Paid for Suite room but had to downgrade to King room because the air conditioner was not working in the Suite. Was not reimbursed the difference. Was told someone would call me but no one called. However, Staff was exceptional. Bri and other workers were great!

Would not stay there again.

Liked: The staff was super friendly
Disliked: The rooms were so horribly filthy! There was an outline of a person on the sheets on one side of the bed.. the tub had hair all over it and near the drain was what appeared to be POOP! I did not even end up sleeping in the hotel. I checked in at 7:30am and checked out at 6pm the same day. I went and stayed with friends at their Air B&B.

Disliked: There were stains on the bedding and the water running from the bathroom faucet was dark brown. The breakfast was supposed to begin at 6:30am but at 7:15 I was still waiting for hot water to make tea or even oatmeal.
