Great Value and Staff

Liked: This is one of my favorite value hotels. The breakfast is great and does rotate (had sausage and eggs one day, biscuits n gravy the next, then grits n bacon another). Beds are very comfy, the rooms are spacious, and the pool was warm. The staff was all super friendly from the manager that checked me in to Nita and Kiki at breakfast and Aunt Peachy cleaning up around the building. I won't lie and say it's perfect - could use some remodeling and touch ups - but overall it's one of the best places I've stayed.
Disliked: Can see some wear and tear around the place, but it's just aesthetic

Disappointing

Disliked: This was the third time I've been to this location, everytime they have placed 2 charges for the stay amount. Needless to say once one clears it leaves the other pending for over the 3-7 business days I've had to wait a month to receive my money back

Smoky, damp, old, in disrepair....

Liked: Not much
Disliked: Dark, damp, smelly, old. First room they put me in has a leaking ceiling with plaster splashed all over the room. Lots of truckers did not seem safe for a solo female traveler.

Bad

Disliked: Bathroom sink clogged. Tub water wouldnt go down while showering. Pool area dirty , way too foggy , chairs have green moss growing all on them from not being cleaned so was nowhere to really sit.

Gross

Disliked: The rooms were incredibly dirty. Stains on every surface and the whole building looked like it had never been vacuumed. The rolling door to the closet was off the hinges just laying in the closet. There was also little hairs on every surface including in the refrigerator. I wish I could add more photos because I have over ten of them and it will only allow me to add 4.

Disliked: Sink was dirty and ice bucket lid was filthy and too much walking to get to the room

Liked: Staff was friendly for the most part. The lady who did breakfast was great! Super nice and helpful
Disliked: Pool was closed , found someone else’s socks under the edge of the bed.
