Liked: Easy check in & out.The staff was very friendly & helpful.Breakfast was awesome The children enjoyed the pool.We stay here every October for the bq cook-off and festival in scottsboro.
Disliked: The sitting area outside could use some seasonal decoration...The mattresses were uncomfortable.They were hard as a rock...

Nice escape

Liked: The facility was very clean and smelled great. Breakfast options were good. Close to restaurants and shopping. Nice sitting area outside.
Disliked: Elevator was very dirty. No parking in the back so I could have eyes on my car.

Great Hotel in Scottsboro AL

Liked: Everything was perfect. The computers were down but check in was easy and the lady behind the counter was very nice despite having a difficult night. Very professional... I would recommend this place to anyone. I had a great night of much needed sleep. Thanks so much.
Disliked: Nothing.. service, room, and staff were flawless.
