It was affordable, comfortable, and...

Liked: The room was clean. Sheets were very soft. Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was helpful.
Disliked: The girl that checked us in was not friendly. She should not be in the hospitality industry. We could tell, she does not like her job. Our first impression, which was checking in, was not a good one. Bad look for your hotel.

Did not meet expectations.

Liked: We chose the hotel based on price. This was our second time and the king room we stayed in last time was much nicer. The breakfast is a nice value.
Disliked: The noise level of the other guests was terrible. There was never a person at the front desk to speak to other than when we checked in during our 2 day stay. I could not even get a second bar of soap. The hotel was under construction last Spring when we stayed and the lobby is still filled with the same furniture boxes. Very interesting.

Decent place, Good not great....

Liked: Debbie the front desk agent when we checked in was terrific ! There was a rush of people checking in and she was the sole front desk agent at that time . She remained efficient, fast , attentive , and personable. Had occasion to ask her some questions about the area later that evening. What an intelligent nice person. Good breakfast included in the morning.
Disliked: Bathroom door opened in in a way that made it difficult to maneuver in the bathroom.

Disliked: Ac would not work correctly. Gym is your pics show a treadmill and there was not one on property.

Disliked: Hotel can be a little noisy. Thankfully I had earplugs
