Liked: Good breakfast, location and value.
Disliked: Parking should be free.

Not enjoyable our relaxing, first...

Disliked: Room 105 Our room was beside a stairwell which the door kept banging all night, I was told last year no dogs on second floor only the first floor we heard a person coming down the stairs onto the first floor past the front of our door with a dog banging stairwell door again at 5:15 in the morning, constantly all night, and all day long the door slamming the fridge, making a loud hissing sound Very hard to sleep. We are now considering looking for another motel room. We had to put our dog food and our drinks in a small cooler through the night and turn the fridge off so we could sleep.

Clean - well connected to...

Liked: The staff was very kind. We wanted to leave some congratulations notes but we had to move out fast to our next trip.
Disliked: Nothing that I can think of

Liked: The room was extremely comfortable and clean. In the morning the complimentary breakfast included in the stay had a wide variety of food items available and was very filling!
Disliked: Nothing. The experience was fantastic.

Disliked: I checked in just to find out i had to pay for parking on top of paying for the room, I get into my room and there was urine on the toilet and on the floor, I cleaned it myself, next the breakfast is in the basement, 120 degrees and fruit flies all over the facility and food, I parked in a designated spot so I could see my vehicle from my spot, as I sat there before going in a facility staff member knocked on my window and asked me to move my truck behind the hotel, I stated I'm not from this country and just visiting for the weekend. I would perfer to stay right here so I can see it. I was then told to move it because they have cameras to watch it. As I checked out I asked for information to reach the manager and he didn't have any cards available so I got the generic phone number and email. Still no response from them after 14 hours, because I am requesting my money back for the worst service possible and the dirty location. I'm immune comprised and can't be in a dirty location. Let alone I didn't even feel safe or secure at that location.

Liked: I liked how soft the pillows were & I especially liked being checked in early at no additional charge! That was a nice touch when I wasn’t feeling well. I also really liked the competitive rate and close proximity to the falls.
Disliked: I didn’t like that there wasn’t enough seating in the breakfast lounge & I had to take my food to my room. I thought the selection of food could have been a tad better as well. I also found the sound proofing in my room to be pretty poor - I could hear the people in the room next to me as if they were in my own room. Good thing I packed ear plugs!
