Liked: Very good. Staff are so attentive. Reception soon friendly and accommodating. Coffee drinks accessible. Good room for someone with pets. Easy access to the entrance/exit.
Disliked: The adjacent room making too much noises even late at night. The door slamming making loud noises × 371. If door can be soft closing would be more convenient and appreciated for cases where there are kids going in and out the door very frequently.

Liked: The staff was very pleasant at check-in and during breakfast. Also the breakfast staff was very helpful and went out of their way to assist. The location was decent to be able to leisurely walk to Clifton hill.
Disliked: The facility needs to be maintained better. The gym equipment needs to be updated/replaced. The treadmill doesn’t work well and stops abruptly while moving making it dangerous to use. I almost hurt myself trying to use it. The ankle strap for the weight machine needs to be replaced as the velcro doesn’t stick and while using it it pulled off of my leg causing the weights to slam down. The water cooler in the gym could potentially have mold in it as it looked like it hadn’t been serviced or cleaned. One of the elevators kept making strange banging noises and jerking, which was very concerning. One thing about the front desk, my husband and I tried to call them late the night before check-out day to ask about Kate check-out and the line was just busy. We called the day of check-out early morning and still the line was busy. We tried multiple times. I think it can pose a problem for anyone experiencing an emergency and needing help from the concierge desk.
