Clean, simple and economical

Liked: Great location, economical price. Simple styling, warm, compact rooms.Super late check out on Sunday until 6pm included!
Disliked: Breakfast options are limited, but it is not far from other restaurants and cafes.

Liked: Good location, just under 10 mins walk from the main station. Friendly staff. Comfortable room, just what I needed and I would stay again. Didn't use the facilities such as bar or laundry but saw others did and all the guests seems happy

Very nice and cosy hotel...

Liked: The sentral location, the convenience and value for money were excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very soft and comfy as well!
Disliked: Instructions on the self check-in did not indicate which elevator to use, so us and several other guests got a bit lost. There is also no doormat in side the room, so dirt and stones from the streets get spread around the room too quickly.

For a budget hotel the...

Liked: The room had a good sized window (with a view of a grassy area with minimal garbage) and a nice shower. There were nosies from the halls and someone played loud music in a room upstairs that I could hear, but the music was off before the night got too late. For a budget hotel it was not terrible.
Disliked: The staff will only clean your room every 3-4 days, I was staying for a week and the staff were supposed to clean my room on the fourth night. Not only did my room not get cleaned, when I went down to the front desk to complain they said that I would need to wait until the next day but that they would clean the room first thing in the morning. The next night when I got back to the hotel I saw that my room had not been cleaned at all (5 nights with no fresh towels or sheets). I told the person at the front desk and they said that I would have to speak to their housekeeper and that what I said was not true. I spoke to the housekeeper and told her the number of my room and that It was supposed to be cleaned the day before or that morning and she admitted that she had forgotten to clean it. She asked if I really needed the room cleaned and I said that I did. Finally my room was cleaned because I said I would stay at the front desk until it was cleaned. I was under the impression that I was expected to drop the subject and just accept that nobody would clean my room during the week stay. They ended up cleaning my room but I was not compensated in any way or offered any apology for the inconvenience. I do not think I would stay here again.
