Overall a good hotel, room...
Liked: A comfortable and clean room, small but had what I needed. Good location. Good bed and shower. View out onto the street. Good breakfast and choices.
Disliked: Staff should not be over eager to clear breakfast tables. Being on my own on this trip I had to leave my table each time I went back for items, to find my tea/coffee gone. Room was above the main area of streets and it was very noisy at 2am with music and people in the venue opposite. This did not actually bother me, I was there for a live music event anyway! But it may disturb others, so if this is you, ask for a room not facing the front and street. The glass door in the shower didn't close, so kept swinging inwards to the showering area. I wedged a towel against the bottom of it to keep it shut. For those who have never used a 'barception' before, and don't know it's there, there needs to be a big sign on the way in and in the hotel information documents and ads. Otherwise people may walk in, as I did, see a bar and assume I'm in the wrong entrance, and exit only to have to come back in. The sign is around the side. The staff didn't say anything to be on entering, though I had a check in bag on wheels so looked like a hotel guest! Although it's a nice idea, which no doubt cuts down on staff and costs, when I arrive to check in, tired from a flight and airports and buses/taxis, I expect to be seen immediately (or wait in the line for those checking in before me). I don't expect to have to wait while the one staff member doing both bar and reception, serves six people waiting for drinks, while I have to wait. I get the idea of a boutique hotel and that if you have fewer staff, the cost will be cheaper to the customer. But there's a reason hotels have had a separate reception and bat for ever - because it works. Throwing away tradition is not always evolution. And I would rather pay a bit more to get a better service.

Super location, pleasant staff, but...
Liked: Positives: super location and very friendly/helpful staff.
Disliked: Negatives: no wardrobe for clothes (just one bar extending from the wall); no mini fridge; no safe; no ventilation (room was hot and stuffy); beds and sleeper sofa were not comfortable (I also had to screw back on a bed leg, which was loose); bathroom sink didn't drain properly.

Great location. Comfortable. Totally recommend...
Liked: Location
Disliked: The shower wouldn’t go hot enough. It says the rooms are soundproofed but I was woken up each day by the person above getting up. These are very minor issues though. Great place!

great experience!
Liked: Room was very clean and comfortable. Location of the hotel is great! close to the landmarks and also if you want to go to the university, it's just 15 minutes with bus with the bus station being close to the hotel. breakfast was good offering a wide range of foods. I really enjoyed the lobby environment with all the color harmony and nice furniture.

Value of money, comfortable and...
Liked: Breakfast is good having a lot of varieties. Location is good for nearby restaurants, bus stops.
Disliked: The room is a bit small, not enough of horizontal space, no easy chair, the hangers easily slip off the cantilever hanger rod, a stop at the end of the bar helps. There should be free coffees on evenings at the lounge.
