Disliked: Broken toilet seat, bathroom door damaged, entry door jamming.Very unpleasant smell in the room,

Unsafe and not a hotel

Liked: The front desk staff was nice.
Disliked: It's incredible that it's allowed to change almost $250 per night for a room. This hotel is unsafe, is completely unlocked and open to the public 24/7, has people living in it in desperate circumstances, has people's possessions in the hallways that look like they are stolen, and needs basic repairs completed.The lock on my door didn't seem to work properly so I was not sure if I was safe in my room.It doesn't really seem like it's a hotel at all, the restaurant is shut down and it seems a lot of rooms just have people living in them.

Liked: Where it was situated and also the pool in the hotel
Disliked: The cleaning staff were quite rude I had two towels for 3 nights and 4 days the day before I was due to check out I asked for two towels and she rudely said no why when U are leaving tomorrow and also she was very rude to one of my son's who forgot his towel so when he was leaving the pool to come grab it she told him off he apologised and said I'm going to grab it now she said next time remember there's elderly people here realy mean to him think it was rude and think they should be alot more polite and speak alot nicer and try to smile because even when U say hi they just look at you and look down so yeah that was about it

Disliked: It was incredibly dirty and run down. The leather couches had “stuff” spilt all over it, the floors were sticky and stained. Windows cracked, fan lights smashed. Holes in walls. Mould on curtains. Honestly really disappointing for the money we paid to stay there.
