Liked: The first night the room was licking Water and in the bedroom wasn’t a window then they had to changed

Definitely not the worst I've...

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: Cleanliness: dirty bathroom, blood on blanket and yellowish stains on blanket (sweat stained). Dirty toilet. Mould in shower. Out of date and frozen milk for tea/coffee, out of date coffee.

Happy to stay there again...

Liked: Location perfect for the Flowershow and variety of restaurants . very comfortable, receptionist Vrishty was very friendly and so helpful to us as visitors to Melbourne
Disliked: Cleanliness of the bathroom let an otherwise very suitable hotel down

Great location nice and quiet.

Liked: Great location with wonderful cafe & restaurant choices nearby.Easy to use trams though the CBD as they are free.Close to the International Flower show and other tourist locations
