Disliked: Very worst call representative lady picked call , she was speaking to customers in a very aggressive way and it leads us to a very bad feeling before coming to hotel. What sort of hotel we are going to visit. not friendly experience we faced. Worst poor customer service experience. In Hotel Industry customers expect great hospitality. This fact for your attention.Be careful with parking price it's $71 for 2 nights. But check with parking directly regarding price sometime it might be cheaper for weekends. However the hotel facilities are satisfied. The location in Melbourne CBD is very convenient. Affordable price compared to other places.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable, nice size TV,good amount of cutlery and plates ect.
Disliked: Pillows were very average, curtains on the outward door did not stop the light from coming in at night.
