Liked: Very close to the central train station, clean room, and comfortable bed. The breakfast was tasty and the staff was helpful.
Disliked: The room was relatively small and some complementary slippers would have been more than welcomed.

Liked: Upon arriving at Malmö station after a 23-hour trip, I was thrilled to see the hotel pop up just round the corner from the station! The hotel is also about 15 mins from city centre.And I liked my room a lot, spacious yet cosy, nice&airy.The breakfast was great, good variety, good quality and the barception area was good, open and friendly.I thought the price was very fair, good value for money.
Disliked: I got stressed at check-in after my 23-hour trip, long queue & I wanted a couple of minutes to sort out payment method, not allowed, either you pay up-front or go to the back of the queue. Staff explained that sometimes guests try to run off without paying, which I found very mistrustful, especially when the hotel already has credit card details etc.The WiFi in my room was really wonky, which is stressful when trying to deal with a couple of things in a hurry. However, the WiFi in the reception area was very fast and staff said technician would check speed in rooms.
