Liked: Reasonable price, within 5 minutes walk distance from KISTA station/mall, nice breakfast
Disliked: We booked a 'family room' by looking at the picture in Booking.com, but actual room allocated to us was the standard twin room. After talking to the staff, it was changed to the proper family room because it was available luckily. Need to check with staff in advance.

Liked: Location, near by the train station. Comfortable room, quite big room.Bathroom shower with closed glass, so it does not wet the whole floor when taking a bath.Breakfast, very good, it was a great surprise.
Disliked: Open garage for parking.It was not easy to become a member of comfort hotels.

Disliked: The 4 day change of sheets which associated with the bathroom service, my bin was full of old tp which creates the doubt “where the sheets fresh”.

Liked: Location is perfect when travelling for Business. My employer is based in Kista and having a hotel within walking distance is great after a long working day!
Disliked: The lighting in the room - there was no 'overhead' light in the main part of the room, making it dark at night, and the only lights are in the entryway, the desk light and the lights on either side of the bedhead.

Liked: Excellenet location for business trip, clean hotel, good dinner (burger). Very good breakfast with a lot of variety and high quality!
Disliked: Coffee needs improvement!
