Disappointing

Liked: Unfortunately my stay in Comfort Hotel Eskilstuna was far away from comfort. Only good thing I can find is the perfect location.
Disliked: I'm so sorry to say but the service was poor, room and especially the bathroom wasn't clean (hair and dirt everywhere), it is an old building and the renovation is done porely.

Very good

Liked: Location great, breakfast ok.
Disliked: Only one pillow per person, a bit too little in a warm room without AC.We booked this hotel because they have flipper games which my 5 year old sun wanted to play (played on last visit). This time they were unavailable until 11 AM to not "disturb the lunch guests", so my son was disappointed to not being able to play anything.

Liked: The fantastic staff at the front desk. Always helpful, positive and super truper friendly. Room size and view.
Disliked: I wish the rooms were equipped with water kettles for coffee ☕️.
