need new management perhaps and...

Liked: convenience is why I stay here
Disliked: I have stayed here many time for convenience to the airport and great service. I found the services lacking this time but not the fault of the staff who were very helpful. The hotel is very understaffed. There were lines of about 20 people at check in and I only ever saw one clerk doing his or her best. The kitchen/food service was also understaffed The few you have were running around doing their best. In terms of the room, my TV remote control didn't work and the over the bedside lights were visibly broken. I'm not sure what is going on but I've seen a dramatic downturn in the hotel from my previous visits

Disliked: Hi,It’s better if you have a price options from my point of view ex: If you stay from 21:00-22:00PM till next morning flight ex:06:00AM you are living the from the hotel on max 04:30 morning.For this type of situation for short stay ex 5to6 hours in the room hotel can be a different price if you choose this option from beginning.Thank you for your understanding,the rest was perfect during my stay in the hotel room.Best Regards.
