Nice personal / not clean

Liked: The receptionist was really nice
Disliked: I think it’s the first hotel I saw not clean. There was dirt in the wall in our room and overall, I found it lacking. Also, the toilet handle was broken. It was all fine for us as we were just there a few hours while transitioning from BCN to the UK, but I probably wouldn’t choose it for a longer stay

Great for a short stay.

Liked: They allow dogs, the room was spacious, clean, comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: No tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Comfy and clean - great...

Liked: Comfy and clean. Great for the price, would definatley visit this chain again. Didn't try breakfast due to early check out.

Great budget hotel

Liked: Clean simple, dog friendly accommodation at a good price.Plenty of parking and grass to exercise dog.Large breakfast room, and although I was the only guest having breakfast the staff made sure I had everything I wanted.

Hard to get a room...

Liked: On arrival, first room offered to us have no window, second room given to us the shower room door handle came off. We have to move rooms twice in order to get a room of basic standard, not good experiences after a long journey over from Uk…
Disliked: Better room maintenance!!
