Liked: Good location, attentive staff, comfortable room.
Disliked: Could use a renovation, but nothing that made our stay unpleasant.

Better than I expected!

Liked: It is nicer than I imagined. Clean and good WiFi. My partner and I really felt comfortable. The receptionist is really nice. He’s very friendly. Free parking. It is nearby the Pier 39. A lot of restaurants around and walking distance to a lot of tourists spots.
Disliked: Nothing.

Pleasant

Liked: The elevator was nice and we requested the top floor and he didn't have one in our size available but he offered a different room for us at the same price it was a downgrade but that's okay.
Disliked: When my husband went out to the car to get the license plate number the creepy desk clerk hit on me.
