Terrible stay at this resort...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: We tried to check in late so we would t have to drive further than we had to. There was no staff to check us in. We called and was told that someone would be there and no one showed or called us back. This property should not be listed on the website if there is no one to check people in or it should be clearly stated of what time is best to check in.

Liked: The views were great.
Disliked: Room was very dirty. Closet had some serious carpet damage with dirty pillows. No trash bags. The water in the toilet was brown when we arrived, after a few flushes it went clear. The bathtub looked as if it was in the middle of a remodel so we did not use it. Bed sheets had stains and blood stains. Curtains also had some stains/blood stains. Roof had water damage.

Liked: It looks really nice around the property and it was quiet.
Disliked: I was very disappointed about the cleanliness. Our sink was dirty, our shower was full of hair, and there was food in our fridge. So gross.Also the plug for our heat/ac was burned out so we couldn’t use it.

Disliked: Room was disgusting. Roach inside of my pillow.

Disliked: It was filthy. Room destroyed top to bottom. It was a nightmare.
