A value stay at a...

Liked: The location was fabulous. The club has charm in its lobby. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was great.
Disliked: The room is in dire need of updating. Also, the curtains in the rooms were not black out and the city lights poured in. There is virtually no sound proofing.

Convenient but disappointing

Liked: Staff was very friendly
Disliked: No hot water to shower Saturday morning, let faucets run for 20 minutes and still not even warm water. Toilet leaked between bowl and tank when flushed. Desk chair very wobbly when sat down, felt like I was going to tip over.

Stunning historical property in downtown...

Liked: We absolutely loved the Historically, renovated property. The location was excellent. It was easy to walk anywhere you needed to go downtown. The staff is extremely courteous, and the property was very clean. We would recommend this to family or friends and we would also come back
Disliked: We only had A minor problem with the heat controls. They’re not a digital control that we used to and we had to Ask maintenance to help us, but they were able to do that and we’re very kind. That’s really All I can think of
