When we got there earlier than check in, the staff was friendly and they had our room ready; the room was clean and had the appliances we needed; the area itself was quiet and calm; it was close to the Glen Helen Amphitheater.

Liked: It had all that we needed in terms of appliances, and the bed was nice and comfortable; the housekeeping was always making sure we had clean towels.

They ask for 100$ cash...

Liked: Manager was extremely friendly and accommodating to my early check in request. She went out of her way to ask what my purpose was for the visit and was very sympathetic to our ongoing mountain issues . This goes a long way when I book hotels. Room was sparkling clean.
Disliked: Outside traffic on main road ; completely out of control of the manager/hotel
