When we got there earlier than check in, the staff was friendly and they had our room ready; the room was clean and had the appliances we needed; the area itself was quiet and calm; it was close to the Glen Helen Amphitheater.

Liked: It had all that we needed in terms of appliances, and the bed was nice and comfortable; the housekeeping was always making sure we had clean towels.

Such a gem of a...

Liked: Sparkling clean and quiet. I stayed for two days/nights and was provided a thorough cleaning and fresh towels w/o asking. Such a pleasure to come back here again for my traveling needs.
Disliked: Nothing.

Hairy...dirty rooms

Liked: The staff was nice.
Disliked: The rooms were not well keep or clean. The first room I was given was a dirty, the tv has red discolored spots all over the screen, the bed felt like you were sleeping on a stab of wood, and there was so much hair everywhere 🤢 I called the office and changed rooms. The second room was a little better but the floor was not sweep or mopped. Hair everywhere.....I can't! Will not ever stay at this hotel again unless there are sone serious changes. The location is the only postive thing going for this Inn.
