Overall a nice hotel, beautiful,...

Liked: The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food and service in the lobby bar and restaurant was exceptional. We had Lance as our server and he was wonderful. The staff at the front desk and the janitorial staff were great as well.
Disliked: I did not appreciate being charged for parking when it was not indicated when I booked, and I paid $500 for a two-night stay. The parking should be included. It was very off putting, although not expensive. My entire time here, there were numerous parking spots -- no issue with space. You should really change this. Also, the beds were only so so. Consider more comfortable bedspreads.

Disliked: The fact that because I booked on a third party site, I was put in the corner cove of a hall.

Overall, the stay was great...

Liked: The facility and its location were wonderful! The lobby was beautiful, and the room was comfortable and well-designed.
Disliked: The only note I had for improvement was regarding the restaurant. We went down for breakfast and ordered a bagel and eggs, and it took 20+ minutes for the food to come out. We were one of only three parties eating, so I am unsure why the food took so long.

Disliked: I did not expect the extra charge for parking we had to pay. I don't recall this being asked for during past stays at this facility.

Disliked: The hotel was overbooked and even though they had set up a room at another hotel and not charging me, it was less quality and did not meet the expectations I had for comfort and a restaurant. I did not stay at the other hotel. Instead I spent more money on a nicer hotel. Marriot has lost me as a customer
