It was a good stay...

Liked: The quality of the facility and the service from the staff.
Disliked: I did not expect the extra charge for parking we had to pay. I don't recall this being asked for during past stays at this facility.

Disliked: The hotel was overbooked and even though they had set up a room at another hotel and not charging me, it was less quality and did not meet the expectations I had for comfort and a restaurant. I did not stay at the other hotel. Instead I spent more money on a nicer hotel. Marriot has lost me as a customer

Great stay for an Academy...

Liked: The hotel is in a great location to the AF Academy, Garden of the Gods, and other C. Springs locations. The rooms are nice and clean and the bar and restaurant are good. The hotel staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect for a reunion.
Disliked: Nothing.

Great view, friendly staff, rooms...

Liked: The location was perfect. We loved our Mountain View.
Disliked: No towel racks, shower leaked onto the floor, the sink clogged, no soap, shampoo, or conditioner dispenser in the shower, no place to set shower items in the shower except on the shower floor. The rooms needed more plug ins as well.
