I would definitely stay there again if I were attending another event at Showare Arena. The money I saved almost paid for the entire concert I attended!

Liked: The price hands down was the best part! I could have walked across the street and paid twice as much. My room was very nice and well appointed. There wasn't anything I needed that the room didn't provide.
Disliked: Some fixtures (the sink) could be updated. The area isn't scenic by any means but the access to Showare Arena was excellent.

Liked: Bus route. About 1 mile from downtown. If needed walking distance to downtown.
Disliked: Doing a remodel at the time. Needs more restaurants within walking distance. Difficulty sleeping at times due to outside noises.

Disliked: Room and furniture is old and dingy. Definitely needs a remodel.

Liked: Very nice and helpful staff.
Disliked: need of updating, doors, walls and furniture.Bed was OK, pillows very lumpy. Very few channels on TV, fuzzy picture.Old bed linens. Continental breakfast was very basic. My room had a lot of road noise.

Disliked: The property is very worn out - door veneer is pealing away, water in shower barely came out, carpet is extremely worn, furnishing are scratched.
