Lovely stay in Rome.

Perfect location

Liked: Location perfect, all major sites within easy walking distance, breakfast ok, only hot food was scrambled egg, but plenty of meat, cheese and hard boiled eggs
Disliked: The seating outside the hotel entrance needs upgrading or replacing
