Liked: The staff were so lovely and accomodating. The location and view could not have been better and it had all the little comforts of home.
Disliked: The noise from the adjacent rooms was very clear so maybe some better soundproofing

Liked: Beautiful view from the room with good soundproofing, didn’t hear any traffic. Nice little private deck area too! Left an item of clothing behind and the staff were kind enough to locate it and courier it back to us!
Disliked: The only thing to fault was it was difficult to load Netflix perhaps due to slow internet connection, otherwise everything was perfect.

Liked: The room was very clean, well appointed, great windows- appreciated that they opened. The view was fabulous. Simple kitchen to prepare small meals. Shower was great and nice big towels. Comfortable beds. Staff were very nice and welcoming and hotel was in great location and easy to find and lots of parking. We went across road down to the lake walked a lovely trail to town centre and then walked home.Would recommend!!

Liked: The view is an absolute delight to wake up to. The staff member was very helpful, he helped us to organise a late check-in, he also helped with bringing luggage to the room, which was a huge help as the rooms are up a very steep staircase. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and clean. The bedrooms are a great size & well located so parents & children can have their own separate spaces. The bathroom is very nice and clean. Great mirror for all the Tik tok-ersSimple little hot chocolate/cookie station was an nice touchThe staff also contacted me to advise that the cleaner had found my necklace, they held it at reception until I could return to pick up.
Disliked: Parking is available but is a but tough to get in & out. Rooms are located up a very steep set of stairs, so it was a bit difficult for my Mum has limited mobility.

Liked: Location was great, our room was serviced everyday and the view was amazing.
Disliked: It was a little tight for us as we had 2 x suitcases. Desperatly need new or better Frying pans so ppl can cook the basics ie. Bacon and eggs for brekky. Otherwise we had a great time and enjoyed our stay! Thank you
