Pleasant
Liked: Situation of the place
Disliked: Our room was right at the walkway to the back car park. Loud. No where to wash dishes except the bathroom basin

Good location with friendly staff.
Liked: The staff were friendly and the location was very handy.
Disliked: The motel is a bit on the tired side and feels in need of a freshen up. It wasn't unclean at all in the room and it seems the owners have a big maintenance job on their hands, which they are managing themselves. They are doing their best and are very friendly, but just felt the photos didn't quite reflect the accurate picture of the place. It is fine if you are busy during the days and just need a bed for a night or two. I think staying for 3 nights just needs a slightly better level to make it really comfy.

Cheap and tired.
Liked: Location
Disliked: Very tired, peeling paint, stained/dirty bedding. Mouldy net curtains, condensation on the windows - would definitely benefit from double glazing. Poor lighting inside and out - light fitting over the bed was broken. The room smelt musty and of cooking.

Passable
Liked: Host was very welcoming. But, it went down hill after that. Appliances and kitchen were basic. Access up the stairs and balcony walkway were worn and untidy. Worst of all was the lack of parking space. Very very tight. There was a heat pump but no electric blankets. Stayed on a chilly night
