Liked: Comfortable bed. Light fittings above bed were adjustable.
Disliked: Unit was not clean. Dirt on skirtings and window sills etc. Cracked windows in kitchen. Mould in shower and mixer leaked when in use - took a bit of fiddling to get the correct temperature. Bathroom ceiling was flaking and bubbling. Doors to toilet and bathroom took brute force to close. The toilet door in particular had a massive bow in it and the handle was very loose. These doors are not acceptable!! The stairs up to our unit were steep and did not feel safe.

Liked: The beds were very comfortable
Disliked: All window sills were very dirty, some mouldy. When we asked for the room to be serviced, clean dishes would have been appreciated as there was no detergent or sink to wash them in. The top shelf where the toaster was kept was filthy.

Liked: Large room with a microwave and fridge. No sink to wash dishes but cups and glasses and cutlery.
Disliked: facilities are very dated but clean. For the price of the accommodation you cannot expect more.

Liked: Sophia was super friendly and helpful
Disliked: No where to wash dishes except hand basin and it was not done as room service. Had to ask for room service to change towels one day.
