Towels! Please!

Liked: The room was very clean and the water was hot.
Disliked: The room was not cleaned during our stay, no fresh towels and wash cloths, no trash emptied. We had to go to the desk to get fresh towels. The towels were actually VERY small and very rough. We ended up going to Walmart to get decent towels.
