Liked: They rebooked me because of a water leak. I was able to still keep one room for the night of Nov 2……so I was told. They did not have a room for me and tell me booking.com must place the refund. Since you have my money.To clarify I had two teservations thru booking.comOne had 2 bedrooms. One had a single bed.The property had me cancel my 2 bedroom and they moved me. The single bedroom was still needed and not cancelled. Well, property did not have the room. So I’m asking again for a full refund. I use booking.com way to much too have to hassle with this nonsense. Please fully reimburse

Liked: The service at the Williamsburg Inn and at the restaurant there were outstanding. Our location was perfect.
Disliked: Nothing was bad. The facilities at the room we were at were a bit dated, but they were comfortable. A more modern bathroom would have been nice, but it was an old ("historic") building.
