Liked: The staff was amazing. I was catered to and treated like I was special right at the door and every step of the way. Adrian and the bellhops were directly responsible. One man took my husband and I right to our door, because at the end of the day we were too frustrated to find it
Disliked: The room needs some updating, especially the bathroom. It was clean and I appreciated that.

Liked: The problem was with booking.com. Has anyone from your organization been to these "Colonial Houses"? You did NOT provide enough information.
Disliked: 1. Your information on-line was inadequate. 2. For guests who had never been there, it is difficult to find the entrance to the building. 3. Bedroom shade did not go all the way to down to cover the window. 4. Dust in various areas of the room.

Liked: They rebooked me because of a water leak. I was able to still keep one room for the night of Nov 2……so I was told. They did not have a room for me and tell me booking.com must place the refund. Since you have my money.To clarify I had two teservations thru booking.comOne had 2 bedrooms. One had a single bed.The property had me cancel my 2 bedroom and they moved me. The single bedroom was still needed and not cancelled. Well, property did not have the room. So I’m asking again for a full refund. I use booking.com way to much too have to hassle with this nonsense. Please fully reimburse
