Colonial House

Liked: Location is middle of the parkway. Staff is very friendly. Clean rooms.. Affordable rate. This is our place of stay anytime we are visiting the area.

Not friendly, and definitely not...

Liked: The location of the motel was great with it being right in downtown Pigeon Forgd
Disliked: The man at the desk wouldn't honor the price of my online confirmation email and instead charged me $20 more even though I showed him my confirmation. The room had someone else's food in the mini fridge and multiple cockroaches.
