Liked: Excellent location. Walking distance to everything. Nice rooms and well kept. Property is being renovated nicely.

Love my stay here in...

Liked: The location. Within walking distance of good stores and restaurants coffee etc. safe area
Disliked: Issues with the heater again it’s an older heater that hasn’t been replaced make sure you ask for a room with the updated heating ac system. Very hot in the room I let the guy in the evening know and he actually felt it too and saw that there was a problem.

I highly recommend the Colonial...

Liked: I stayed at the Colonial Brick for the first time 3 years ago. The room was clean but the decor was outdated. They started renovating and the rooms have a modern decor now. The carpet was replaced by vinyl flooring. Love it.
Disliked: There is nothing that I didn't like.
