Was only there for 1...

Liked: The room was amazing. But couldn’t ask for better staff. Needed to stay a little longer than a day. And only charged a small amount for it.
Disliked: Nothing not to like.

the cleanliness and comfort leave...

Disliked: Our stay in Christchurch was quite disappointing due to the condition of the hotel room. Our room was next to a restaurant’s smoking area, and it had a terrible cigarette smell. The duvet also had an unpleasant odor, the walls were dirty, and we even found a sock behind the TV.On the bright side, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the shower was excellent. However, the cleanliness issues and the smell significantly impacted our experience.

Great location and very affordable

Liked: Location was great - on good bus service - No 8 bus to airport comes every 15 minutes via city. Bathroom very clean and shower pressure excellent. I had a problem with the tv remote which had run out of battery and the staff quickly changed the batteries for me. Loved the welcome mini chocolate bar. Thank you.
Disliked: I didn't like that a check in I had to ring a number and talk to someone to let me in. It was an awful day and I had to stand in the wind with driving rain to wait for someone to come and let me in. Also rooms could be a bit cleaner - one the guest pack - there was something spilt on it and I found that a bit grotty - but an easy fix for them. Some more dusting around the skirting boards would make it feel cleaner. These are little things and I will definitely stay again as the location is awesome.
