Disliked: Maid did not perform well. Things were not replenished. Staff did not seem happy.

Ok, but for sure not...
Liked: Very well located. Fantastic restaurant. Food and service 10/10! Beautiful wine list with fair prices. Also very central and the christmas market takes place directly in front of the hotel, rooms are quiet.
Disliked: Everyting extremely old, expect the restaurant. Needs a lot of investments and renovations. Feels like in another century. Service level of the staff not on the usuals LHW. The jobs gets done, but without a lot of friendliness, passion and the willingness to go the extra mile like most other LHW hotels do.

Not very pleasant.The breakfast was poor, when we came to the restaurant it was alsomt empty everywhere and no-one was filling up the empty bowls. there were no pastries left, no salmon ec. the staff was un attentattive, I had to ask 3 times for hot water.

Centrally located up-market hotel.
Liked: Hi class hotel. Very friendly and helpful reception staff. We were upgraded to a junior suite as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary.
Disliked: Very disappointed that pool was out of action and we probably would not have booked this place, had we realised. The wellness facilities were limited for such a swanky hotel. The coffee machine did not work so we had to swap that. I would have preferred a simple kettle for making tea.
