Disliked: Only the shower pressure was low but they said they will look at it . Apart from this, it is a great place to stay

Beautiful hotel inside and out...

Liked: The property was gorgeous very clean room was very spacious easy to get to from the trains, even dragging luggage
Disliked: We experienced the same thing in a lot of hotels where the shower door is short needs to have shower curtain something where the water don’t spray out onto the floor

Except for bathtub, nice hotel.

Liked: Location was great. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Bathtub was hazardous to get into and out of. Hip high lip. Had to put towel down on bottom of tub so wouldn’t slip.

Good breakfast and room size

Liked: Staff at front desk is not so well prepared. They couldn’t organize a simple line, English is not that good spoken. Could be a lot better considering the hotel level. Breakfast is really good, a lot of variety, having someone to cook your eggs makes a difference. Coffee machine could be better. Room size is really comfy. Location is good and quiet.
