Liked: The staff and the breakfast was good .
Disliked: The rooms are not like in the photos. In one of our rooms was coming a bad smell from the toilet .

Liked: We enjoyed our time in the Hotel. Specially Martin the receptionist who was so attentive and very helpful. The hotel was very clean. Also very close to the centre, we didn't use tram.
Disliked: There is not lift, and also de during the breakfast could be more tables and chairs, because at 9:30 it was so full.

Liked: Pleasantly surprised with the breakfast - good choice of different meal options, high quality of produce. Good coffee, tasty food and great service.
Disliked: Bed mattresses could be firmer.

Great value for money, lots...

Liked: Very clean, very nice breakfast, good service, spacious room.Great to be able to check in early and store luggage
Disliked: Shower water went cold after about 10 minutes. No double bed, just two single mattresses. No lamp in rooms only big light.

Dangerous shower cubicle slippery with...

Liked: Breakfast is good. Rooms were reasonably clean
Disliked: Shower cubicle is dangerously small and slippery. It’s dangerously elevated. I am mid 50’s fit and well person but I find the shower cubicle unsafe. No space at all when you put body gel and rub your body, I bruised my left shoulder on the shower control because no space at all. I will never go back in this hotel.
