Good location, bad customer service...

Liked: Location is grate. Close to the beach.
Disliked: Front desk employee was lacking customer service skills and I felt like in a cheap motel…You have to pay separate for the parking.

Liked: Really nice staff, clean room, good transportation around the hotel. We were able to leave our luggage in their storage after check-out.

Adequate.

Liked: Location was convenient to access to mainland, convenient to local, inexpensive and expensive restaurants, souvenir shopping.
Disliked: Could not see ocean, beach was relatively inaccessible.
