Liked: I was with my familiy half an hours before midnight, but there was nobody at reception desk . I was calling several times and the Phone at reception desk was ringing but there was nobody. I had to drive with children all the way to Poland without any sleep which was very dangerous. The reception desk was supposed to be open till midnight.

Liked: No nonsense about this hotel deceptively comfortable it is reminiscent of college accommodation but updated. Very good breakfast and staff friendly.
