We had a very comfortable...

Liked: Location is great - right in the charming Old Town, the single room with a window was very cozy, tiny and perfectly adequate, with a clean, modern and comfortable bathroom. The breakfast was perfect, including gluten-free options. Everything about the hotel is cozy and charming.

Exceptional

Disappointing

Liked: The staff were very welcoming and nice. The hotel reception is staffed 24/7 which was appreciated.
Disliked: The air was stuffy and a bit damp. There was dust and cobwebs on lamps and on the doorframe and the water drained very slowly in the sink. The breakfast was very disappointing.

A lot to love

Liked: Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, single room was adequate for my needs, bed was very comfy!
Disliked: There was a bit of noise early one morning - cleaning before 7am on my floor with a loud trolley, then drilling and hammering in a room above me before 8am. But all of this happened in one morning, the other two nights were ok.Also the bracket to hold the shower head was loose so the head couldn't sit up out of the way. This made showering difficult because the shower cubicle was already quite compact!

Nice and quaint little hotel...

Liked: The hotel was great overall. Kind staff. It has a cool nautical style which is pretty cool. Very nice breakfast every morning. Bathroom was clean, comfy and great. Lots of hot water. Fantastic location!
Disliked: The room was too small. It was also triangular so there was even less space than in a regular single room. The shower was tiny and difficult to get into because of the doors.

Liked: Location was great and the reception is manned 24/7
Disliked: The rooms are very small. It’s ok if you’re travelling on your own and it’s only for a night or two. The breakfast area feels a bit ‘cold’ as it’s part of the entrance corridor, but the food offered was good. It’s just not very cosy.
