Exceptional
Liked: I only stayed for one night and landed quite late, but the hosts were very kind and accommodating. The room was quite hot for me so they gave me a little fan. There are also two very cute dogs on the property! And it was very pleasant to have breakfast in the morning.

Its affordable without bells and whistles
Liked: Omar and his family are very kind and welcoming. We had an issue with the door lock, and they worked to resolve the issue ASAP. It is well-located near the downtown and metro without being too busy.
Disliked: Guests are not given a key to the front gate, so you have to ring the door bell every time you return. This felt a little limiting because we didnt want to inconvenience them. The breakfast was mostly sugar - toast, fruit, yogurt and coffee. We were grateful for the offering though.

Its a very affordable and safe place to stay in Mexico City.
Liked: Omar and his family were absolutely lovely! They were kind and very helpful. It is also easy to get around the city from the location. Its a great place if you like meeting new people over breakfast.
Disliked: The property was overbooked because there were many events happening around the city. We had to stay in the family home rather than a guest room. We spent most of the time worried about making noise and waking up Omars family. It was also very noisy at night because the room was directly in front of the main gate. I didnt sleep much.
