Great location, delicious breakfast, wonderful...

Liked: Room was huge, clean, well-appointed, wonderful decor, and had a great courtyard view onto the duck pond. The staff were friendly and when I did have questions/interactions they were keen to help, and quick to find the answers/solutions. Had a really wonderful stay.
Disliked: Missing an opportunity to run shuttle services to the ICC

Liked: Large family room. Very family friendly.

Liked: Rooms were spacious. Room cost £60 plus £10 parking
Disliked: Bed quality was atrocious, we both woke up with back aches. Hallway to the room had brown stains on the floor, hallway smelt of chlorine.

Disliked: Paying for car park in addition to roomAmount of emails and texts from hotel, made it too complex to keep on top of (10 emails and texts received for 1 night stay).Staff appeared to not be bothered about roles e.g. reception staff when handing key "your room is .......well not sure where but it is on this floor". With w young children near bedtime being told which direction to go (as 2 options in different directions would have been helpful).
