I would stay at the Colcord every time I come to Oklahoma City. The beds were super comfy; each room was extremely clean and the staff was very helpful. The food and beverages were also delicious while dining in the bar downstairs.
Liked: The Colcord is always super clean, super friendly, and just a fun hotel for any getaway. It was a perfect location to walk straight to the Chesapeake Energy Arena.
Disliked: For any getaway, it was a perfect location to walk straight to the arena. Nothing bad here folks. Great place to stay!

Disappointing and frustrating. No help...
Liked: It was our favorite place to stay when we are in OKC. No Longer.
Disliked: Everything. No one knew what they were doing. Order food?? Lol… cold. Ordered tea… first, they didn’t have any. No tea? Then they miraculously found A teabag. But a half-pot of water was cold. Then they only brought 1 cup… I ordered 2. The skinniest piece of lemon was laughable… no spoon. It was a train wreck… management was a clown show. We left our tray outside... UNTOUCHED. We won’t be back.

Exceptional
Liked: The lobby was beautiful and timeless (also clean) It smelled amazing, too. Like the hotels from Vegas that have their own scent wafting through the air ducts. Our room, which was a standard room, was big and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and dark in the morning. Water pressure was good and the bathroom was good-dozed. We felt rich on a middle class budget. The staff were friendly but appropriate. The front desk clerk helped me with some band-aides after some long walking. Would stay there over and over again.
Disliked: Bar prices were steep!

Great spot to visit Oklahoma...
Liked: Great location. We had a great view of the city. The windows needed cleaning but otherwise good. Walking distance to many events and restaurants.
Disliked: The windows were dirty.

Pleasant and elegant historic hotel...
Liked: The hotel was beautifully renovated with elegant furnishings. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had a corner king room which was quite large and quiet. I actually hadn't realized breakfast in the restaurant was included in my reservation, so I ate at a couple of nearby coffee shops until the last day when I asked about and got the voucher for the hotel breakfast, which was very ample and tasty. The location was pretty good, walkable to the Bricktown restaurant area and to the OKCMOA and the Botanic Garden and Scissortail Park, and very near a tram stop.
Disliked: I booked a corner room thinking I'd have views on two sides of the building, but one of the sides had a heavy drapery over the window behind the bed and so I couldn't see out that side. Not terrible, but disappointing for me.

Beautifully renovated hotel. Highly recommend.
Liked: Beautiful facility -- clean, elegant -- made guests feel special. Friendly, attentive and helpful front desk staff. Excellent and professional valet team. Pretty restaurant with wonderful outdoor patio.
Disliked: Somewhat limited menu items. Wish there was a better place for breakfast/coffee (even a coffee bar in the lobby) and a sundries shop.

Lovely, old-world charm with well-trained,...
Liked: Lovely hotel and great staff, down to the very professional valet team. My husband is disabled and in a wheelchair most of the time; the staff even brought up an office chair to make it easier for him to sit in the room.
Disliked: Other than the restaurant, which is very nice, there are no dining options nearby -- breakfast, lunch or dinner. I'd also suggest a little retail center for snacks, toothpaste, aspirin, etc.
