Good coffee and convenient parking.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and pleasant at check in and at check out. Parking is conveniently located right across the street. The dining room was tastefully decorated and comfortable. There was a good selection of food at breakfast. And like the name, the coffee was quite good. The view of the river was pretty.
Disliked: The decor in the room with the red carpet was old and rather worn out. The room was smaller than it appeared to me in the photos. The bathroom mirror was so small and up so high I could just see the top half of my face (clearly the bathroom was designed for a tall man). Also, the vending machine of sex toys in the lobby area bathroom seemed tacky.

Liked: Coffee is free. Room is very clean and big.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The bed was very comfortable, the view of the river and roman bridge was perfect.Decent bath also.
Disliked: The room didn't have a kettle.

Nice apartment

Liked: We had an apartment and it was a nice sized space with a kitchen that had plenty of plates, glasses, mugs, etc. It was nice to have a separate lounge room.
Disliked: The heavy curtains over the windows went all the way to the floor over the radiators, which meant we needed to keep the curtains open to let the heat get into the rooms. The shower room was quite small and the shower leaked on the floor, but apart from that we were pretty happy.

Good for quick stay...

Liked: Staff was nice and very helpful
Disliked: 1. Unloading and offloading was tricky since the loading dock area is very tight and in a 0neway alley. 2. Parking was either across the street, or down the street and not very secure for the area. 3. Breakfast area is not large enough for the traffic.
