Cocusa Motel needs improvement

Liked: We liked the position , very accessible , the cleanness of the room, the fact that we had microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker and they all worked. We had plenty of towels and toileteries
Disliked: The TV stopped working after 30 minutes. The beds are extremely narrow and uncomfortable. One pillow! The bed sheets are old and worn-out and so are the blankets ! Next day in the morning we didn't even have wifi connection!

Liked: It was a nice big room. And the free breakfast was great. But it was very noisy - at least my neighbors were. And there was a lot of noise from about 2:00 a.m. through 8:00 a.m. So it was hard to get a good night's sleep. I don't know if this was just my bad luck or if this was a norm. But great price and the room was very comfortable.

Decent, but would not stay...

Liked: The breakfast was a nice selection of snack foods (including hard boiled eggs) and the coffee was decent. The grassy courtyard was cute.
Disliked: The place was more run down than I had expected. The room smelled like smoke and air freshener.
