Wonderful experience

Liked: So close to the HBF easy walking with our suitcases maybe 100 metres from the station. The room was comfortable with a beautiful view. Staff were lovely. We hired a mini fridge for 15 euros it came with a kettle some tea and coffee which was great and meant we could keep some snacks and drinks cool for our stay. I would highly recommend the cocoon hotel it was easy walking distance to old town and all the main attractions. We would definitely stay again.

Liked: For us the location was perfect, by the train station yet quick walk to the city, especially the river path.Breakfast was great. (Perhaps more fruit, please)Some of the staff were lovely and helpful.Size of the room for 3of us for 2nights was good, too.
Disliked: It was unbearably hot at night. The aircon didn’t work. We asked for help but no-one came upstairs. Because of the lack of sleep my mood wasn’t the best the following days. Not fun for anyone.
