The Cocoon is an excellent place to stay. My room was very clean and had tea/coffee facilities. The bed was very comfortable and warm. Very good shower. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend The Cocoon and Liverpool is a great place to visit.

Liked: It's location in the city. Very close to all the action. So many pubs to choose from. Also close to bus routes.

Liked: The fact it was near the town central
Disliked: The tv didn’t work after asking one of the staff member on the first night to look at it. Whistling noise coming from the air con, my partner had to fix it himself as when we went to find a staff member no one was around. The cups were slightly coffee stained / dirty. It didn’t feel clean, the bathroom bin desperately needs replacing. One staff member was helpful in booking taxis for us. Overall not a great stay and won’t be staying here again.
