I stayed here because of...

Liked: It was in close proximity to Fagers Island
Disliked: The front desk attendant was rude. The room was outdated and not very clean.

Bad

Liked: Dirty room, brown water in the tub Smoke alarm in the middle of night. Had to change the battery ourself

Pleasant

Liked: Quiet
Disliked: Cold tile floors, could use an update. Staff took over 15 minutes to get us checked in ans and we were the only ones in the lobby. Room was okay, bed was comfortable

Great place for a winter...

Liked: Wonderful location with awesome views of the bay. Comfortable and nice amenities. Super staff. Donna was excellent to deal with at the front desk.

Amazing love story

Liked: Very clean and very beautiful view, we hope and plan to return each year for our anniversary/ valentines vacation. We only needed to bring clothing and food to cook. I love the whole room set up. The hottub was amazing and so relaxing and we could watch a movie while we relaxed.

Cheaper isn't always better.

Liked: The hotel was close to other attractions and restaurants. Made it easy to venture out. Nice view from the room of the bay.
Disliked: My sole purpose of booking here was for the jet tub. Unfortunately the jets must have been clogged because they didn't work. Advised the hotel of the situation and was not accommodation or moved to another room. Very disappointed with the way they brushed it off, like it's my fault your pump isn't working in the jet tub. Was told they needed new parts to fix it during my stay. Reported it multiple times thinking something would be done, not even an apology. They did send maintenence up, told us yes, it's clogged. The sink in the bathroom didn't have hot water, was told wait 15 minutes and it should warm up. Bathroom definitely could use upgrades or they have some plumbing issues that need to be addressed.
