We asked for early check in after we checked in - she said we couldn't check in until after four! Check in was at 3! Reception was dirty and smelled like cats. I paid $167.00 for one night and didn't even see room after check in. Dirty!

It was a good “no-frills”...

Liked: The property is continently located and easy to reach from the medical center.
Disliked: The room was quite small. The toilet ran all night. The shower curtain allowed water to leak into the floor.

Liked: Clean hot showers cable TV good priced
Disliked: First bed was broken smacked my head of the night stand and the door security thing had 2 bolts missing so allowed cold air to creep in and u can't get the unit to just stay running all night constantly on and off when it would reach what in my onion was not 86° f I have stayed here before twice in the actual nee part but my stay this time was In a old part and was not as pleasant

Liked: Was very affordable for a last minute visit to Hershey for an event.
Disliked: Needes updates in bathroom.

The workers r lazy

Disliked: The fact that they didn’t give us the room we had booked because we were an hour late checking in and the manager told me that he would make sure I get my money back but then didn’t so basically they stole from me

Disliked: Rooms, bathrooms were dirty, not enough towels knowing there were 5 in room and only two towels, handle for entrance was broke and kept falling off.

Cozy little place

Liked: Friendly staff. Very clean andntidybriom,beds where confy,had adjustable heat wich was nice
Disliked: The handle to the main door lobby was broke, and the .tv was confusing to use
