Great Waterpark, Horrible room

Liked: The Waterpark was really cool. The staff was amazing. The associate in the arcade was exceptional.
Disliked: The room. The walls were paper-thin, and I could literally hear full conversations next door. Very uneasy feeling. Sounded like they were standing right next to us. The pull-out sofa was small and extremely uncomfortable. They have blinds but no curtains, so the light from the Waterpark comes in at night. Hated the room.

Liked: The room, cleanliness of the room, and a laundry area.
Disliked: The resort was not busy when we checked in. It was pretty cold when we arrived. We could have been allocated in a room closest to the reception but instead we have been allocated in the very back of the resort - hence, quite inconvient to walk when we wanted to go out for foods as it quite a bit of a trek. The aircon was not functioning very well too.

Would not recommend!

Liked: Location and the lobby was clean
Disliked: My room had a very strong mold odor. All of the bottles in the bathroom like shampoo and conditioner were empty. Not what I expected!

Not worth the trouble!!

Liked: Amenities were ok, but water park closed…too cold they said.
Disliked: The roaches crawling across my daughter when we woke up. Requested a rollaway bed 5 times (once when making reservation, once when calling prior to arrival and 3 times while on property). All requests ignored. My son slept on the floor!Super long waits at front desk!!A room for 6 people had 3 towels and no pillows/blankets for pull out couch! Upon checking in, we were given wristbands for the waterpark, after check-in was complete, then they told us the waterpark was closed.

Awful and disgusting conditions.

Liked: If you want to be eaten by BED BUGS this is the place.After the first night we noticed we had tons of bites on our bodies.Also the rooms were filthy. Air conditioner and wents are visibly dusty and grimy. The upholstery on the furniture has various colour's of stain.Bathrooms were not clean ,the was tons of hair all over the floors.We changed rooms ,and upgrade but the same condition continued.Even though they said upon checking the water park is open when you walk there it's closed.So no I would absolutely avoid it in the future.They are also renovating the lobby which now starting to look fresh but it does not change the rooms condition.

Liked: The price
Disliked: The room keys did not work on two different days. Also one evening, 630, the service worker opened the door to ask if I needed towels. I was startled! I did not hear the knock because I was in the bathroom bathing my 5 year old. That was a bit too much.
