I went for time share...

Liked: The breakfast was good! Oatmeal cold but everything was good and warm
Disliked: The rooms are weathered. Ac vents full of mold and need a deep cleaning HVAC. Beds were hard as a rock and pillows short and fat! Very uncomfortable sleep! Blinds do not work so light comes in a lot and you cannot open them to get sunshine during the day! Housekeeper keeps room clean but the rooms need to be updated! Bathtub is missing the porcelain and is rusted in many spots. The trim around room has mold growing thru the pain but agin poor circulation from HVAC not cleaned.

Kids definitely loved it. Definitely...

Liked: A lot to do on premises. Close to a lot of outdoor activities.
Disliked: It had a funny smell.

Had to moved 3 babies...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Roaches! Mold smell. Outdated. Dirty.

Great water entertainment for Kids...

Liked: I like the water entertainment; it is very Kids friendly.
Disliked: Room has a wet smell. Needs renovation, furniture is outdated.Breakfast wasn't great, too many sweet options but very few savories which should be the opposite.

I wouldn’t recommend based on...

Liked: The pools and slides were great.
Disliked: An absolute lack of communication from the staff. They promised to help celebrate a 50th birthday, nothing was done. The AC didn’t work and took 4 days to fix, the toilet flooded, the cleaner didn’t make the beds or replenish cups etc, they allocated us incorrect rooms so hassle on arrival to rectify, not enough trolley passes were provided, the plug sockets didn’t work, the microwave and hot water were not connected and there was no way to connect them as leads were not long enough to plug in anywhere unless you carried them across the room. I tried to reach out to them but they didn’t respond

Liked: The acomodations and the pool were fine.
Disliked: A lot of noise in the room I was settled in, parking lot, lawn mowers, people yelling and running, and the room was a little big dirty, I even saw a german cockroach.

Disliked: Window coverings are awful No Closet to hang clothes
